Early Years focussed Apprenticeships

Sporting Futures Training can support Early Years settings to upskill or recruit new Early Years Practitioners to extend the Early Years workforce through Apprenticeships.  Providing increased staffing capacity to support small group intervention and one-to-one support.

Learning and Skills Assessor Apprenticeship – Primary Setting


An exciting opportunity for Primary schools to bring educational testing in-house.

Includes the Certificate of Competence in Educational Testing (CCET)

A Learning and  Skills Assessor will be responsible for evaluating and identifying the learning needs of pupils and be able to develop programmes to support them in a primary school setting. 

You will understand how assessments using psychometric tests are developed, how to use them effectively, how to interpret results and communicate with parents and outside agencies.

The apprenticeship comprises live teaching sessions, seminars, and tutoring leading to the achievement of the Level 3 Learning and Skills Assessor Apprenticeship

Team Leader Apprenticeship

This standard can be developed to meet the needs of your organisation

Develops leadership skills necessary for effective team management.  

  • Enhances professional development
  • Helps to build positive relationships with stakeholders i.e. pupils, parents, staff departmental team, senior leadership
  • Provides tools, techniques, and strategies to improve team performance
