Where will your apprenticeship pathway take you?
Alongside on-the-job training, apprentices complete off-the-job training, which equates to six hours a week and can be delivered flexibly. For example this will be through completing classroom-based learning with a college, university, or training provider which leads to a recognised qualification.
We offer a wide range of apprenticeships within the education sector
Our experienced team are all former teachers, so can provide expert support and tutoring of educational apprenticeships including Teaching assistant apprenticeships with classroom and additional SEND Training, and PE-focused apprenticeships.
It is our extensive experience spanning numerous years working in schools and community sports settings that ensures we are well-equipped to provide valuable insights and to support aspiring apprentices.
Training and continued support
Support and nurturing are the cornerstone of every Educational and Sporting Futures apprenticeship. Every apprentice is provided with a structured training programme that will equate to at least 6 hours a week (based on a 30-hour week).
All our training is delivered in a virtual/blended learning manner, which will provide you will additional support, skills, and knowledge that can then be applied within your work setting.

How we support our learners
Educational and Sporting Futures Training offers support and guidance for every learner, every step of the way. Whether you are new to an apprenticeship and using this as your first step onto your career ladder or using the apprenticeship as an ongoing CPD to upskill or enhance existing skills.
We aim to develop and empower our learners to equip them with the skill set and employability skills that will enable them to fulfill their role working as an apprentice within a school or community setting.
Many apprentices progress to higher levels of apprenticeships to pursue a career in teaching.
