Safeguarding at ESF Apprenticeships

At ESF Apprenticeships, we believe that every learner has the right to feel safe, respected, and supported. We hold safeguarding in the highest regard; it isn't just a policy for us, it is the foundation of everything we do. Whether you are a learner or a delegate, your well-being is our primary responsibility.

We are committed to creating a secure and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive without fear of harm, harassment, or bullying. Our dedicated Safeguarding Team is highly trained and always available to listen, provide guidance, and take action when needed.

Whether you have a small concern or need urgent support, we are here to ensure that your journey with us is not only educational but, above all, safe.

How to report a concern

If you need to report a Safeguarding concern, please click the button below to email Dan Roe ESF's Designated Safeguarding Lead: d.roe@esfapprenticeships.co.uk.

What happens when you report a concern

  • Our report will be read by a a member of the safeguarding team at ESF Apprenticeships. They will immediately start thinking about how they will help you.
  • A member of the safeguarding team will contact you by phone or email as soon as they can and will work with you to make a plan to keep you safe.
  • The Safeguarding Team member may need to talk to other adults about what you tell them to help keep you safe. They will only share what you tell them if they really need to and will always take your feelings into account when deciding the best ways to help you.

External support and helplines
