David Payne, Advanced SEND Leader Programme
David Payne, a former Principal and SENCO, is one of three tutors on our Level 7 Advanced SEND Leader Programme.
David has led multiple school and trust-wide initiatives to embed inclusion and support high-performance leadership development. His pioneering work on sustainability and community engagement, including presentations at the Houses of Parliament, reflects his deep commitment to ethical leadership.
We caught up with David who told us why he’s so enthusiastic about the Advanced SEND Leader Programme and what it offers inclusion leaders.
