ESF Apprenticeships is delighted to be attending this year’s Hertfordshire Primary Headteachers’ Conference, the largest annual gathering of primary school leaders in the county.
With more than 45% of Hertfordshire’s 402 Headteachers expected to attend, the conference is a valuable opportunity for us to engage with school leaders and highlight how apprenticeships can provide a fully-funded way to support and develop their teams
We’ll be on hand to showcase how schools can maximise the potential of their Growth and Skills Levy (previously the Apprenticeship Levy). With a wide range of apprenticeship programmes tailored to schools, ESF offers opportunities for staff who are keen to grow their knowledge and confidence, gain qualifications, and bring added value back into the classroom.
Our specialist apprenticeship programmes for Teaching Assistants, Assistant SENCOs, experienced SENCOs, and Senior Leadership Team members focus on SEND and inclusion, SEMH, Literacy, Leadership and more!
Most recently our collaboration with Elklan, has led to the launch of our two new Speech, Language and Communications apprenticeships.
The Primary Headteachers’ Conference is taking place at
Hinxton Hall Conference Centre, Cambridgeshire, from Thursday 9th to Friday 10th October 2025.
