Educational and Sporting Futures (ESF) is excited to participate at the Exhibitor Workshop Theatre at the TES SEND Show 2025 this October.
In addition to visiting our stand D39, we invite you to an insightful session, “Enhancing Inclusive Provision: How to Develop Your SEND Team Using The Growth and Skills Levy,” where we’ll show how schools and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) can utilise existing levy funds to upskill their teams and hire new staff.
The past two years have seen the launch of a whole new suite of apprenticeship programmes focusing on SEND and inclusion. Our session will explain how your school or MAT can access their existing levy funds to upskill your team or hire new staff and outline how practice-led learning for SEND professionals can have a beneficial impact on children’s lives. See what lies ahead for apprenticeships, and explore recently launched programmes for TAs, assistant SENCOs, experienced SENCOs and members of your SLT.
