We are proud to announce that two of our SEND-focussed Apprenticeships have received recognition and approval from The Institute of Leadership.
The newly launched Strategic SEND Leader and Assistant SENCO, have both achieved the prestigious “Institute Approved” status from The Institute of Leadership.
This double accreditation is a testament to the outstanding quality and rigorous standards of our apprenticeship training programmes, which have been independently verified by The Institute of Leadership as meeting their evidence-based standards based on the Five Dimensions of Leadership: Authenticity, Vision, Achievement, Ownership and Collaboration.
For the duration of the programmes, our apprentices will receive access to the IoL’s member benefits, including access to a curated library of online leadership development resources, e-learning, mentoring opportunities, support from the global community, postnominal letters and digital credentials.
