Meet Adam Baker
ESF Recruitment Lead 

Adam joined the ESF Apprenticeships team in 2022, having previously worked in school sports partnerships. As an ESF alumni himself, Adam knows first hand the full experience of an apprenticeship and is a perfect example of the many success stories following completion of an apprenticeship with ESF.

Adam’s personal achievements include the successful organisation and production of the Stevenage dance festival in July 2022. The festival included 370 primary and secondary school children from over 17 different schools, with the aim of inspiring children to take part in dance, and physical activity. Adam is a true example of what ESF Apprenticeships is about.
