Meet Recruitment Lead Adam Baker

Adam joined the SFT team in June 2022, having previous experience working in school sports partnerships. Adam provides empathetic, and personable qualities to his role as the Sporting Futures Training recruitment lead.  Being Sporting Futures Training alumni himself, Adam knows first hand the full experience of an apprenticeship, and is a perfect example of the many success stories of SFT alumni.

Adam’s personal achievements include the successful organisation and production of the Stevenage dance festival in July 2022. The festival included 370 primary and secondary school children from over 17 different schools, with the event aimed to inspire children to take part in dance, and physical activity. Adam is a true example of what Sporting Futures Training is about.
