Jess is a teaching assistant at Melbourn Primary School. Since starting her Level 5 Specialist Teaching Assistant course specialising in SEND, she has helped the children make incredible progress with their communication skills and gained the confidence to promote good inclusive practice across her school.

Doing this course has really given me the confidence to be sure that what I’m doing in the classroom is the right thing for the pupils in Woodland Class. The course has developed my professionalism by giving me so much confidence to help others and to promote inclusion throughout the school.
